This Terms & Condition and Cancellation Policy applies to the activities of GRANDPAW PET RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED and any of its affiliates (referred to as "GPRPL", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this policy).
Reservation
Please make advance reservations via online to assure room availability. A 100% deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
Rates may be revised without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation.
All rates are subject to applicable GST on room tariff.
Outside drinks & food strictly not-allowed.
Occupancy
Normal/ Minimum occupancy is based on type of room. Additional person (if room size permits) is extra chargeable.
Booking Amount
To confirm your reservations, 100% of the entire stay is must for confirm reservation. Acceptance of various types of credit cards is based on the payment gateway we use. For alternate arrangements, please contact the Hotel. For Corporate reservations secured by a company credit card, the deposit requirement may be waived at the discretion of the GPRPL. Please inquire before making a reservation. Group bookings of four or more rooms requires a 30 day cancellation notice for return of the booking amount.
Staying with Pet
As we are a Pet Resort and provide staying experience alongwith your pet, it is recommended to keep your pet leashed all the time inside the property of GPRPL. Pets can only be un-leashed at the Swimming Pool and Agility area under your supervision for the ut-most safety of your pet.
In no scenario, GPRPL is liable for any damages/ liability arising out of pet's bodily/mental injury due to not being leashed inside the property other then the mentioned places.
Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy
Should your plans change, be sure to inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your booking amount minus the processing charges to issue the refund. Currently 4% processing is levied for all the online payments. A cancellation number will be given to insure proper return of the booking amount. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the amount will be retained.
For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked.
Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of "reserved nights". For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would be 8 reserved nights. For this example, the 8 reserved night's cancellation period is 14 days.

Refund Policy
When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your original payment method. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the GPRPL's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. The refund amount shall be net off applicable processing charges. For more details see cancellation policy above.
Check In
Normal check in time is 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or Late Check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. It is not always guaranteed.
Modification
We require 7 days before original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification of Rs. 1000/ plus applicable taxes.
Children and Infants
Child (2-12 years) can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds. No free extra bed (or rollaway) is provided for a child in normal cases. The child's breakfast till 12 years is complimentary and above that normal menu charges will be applied.
Non-arrival to the GPRPL (No Show)
If you fail to arrive at the GPRPL on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the administration of GPRPL and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation with refund applicable.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us at [email protected] so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Shorten Stay (Early check-out)
Shorten stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period. If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel.
Special Request
Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel only.
In case that there is an accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation.
Voucher
At the time the reservation is confirmed, we issue a confirmation number and voucher that you can print out.
It is very important to present the confirmation voucher to the welcome desk of GPRPL upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation either by hardcopy or soft copy at check-in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation or failing to trace the record.
You may also need to carry photo identification document for each person either staying or using the facilities of GPRPL.
Payment Security
It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the security technology deployed by the payment gateway service provider.
Gift Cards/Voucher Terms And Conditions
The voucher is valid until 12 months from the date of issuance and can only be redeemed at Grandpaw Pet Resorts Ltd. (GPRPL), Nandi Hills Road, Devenahalli.
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
GPRPL is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other offer and used for single transaction.
The voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.
